Manager Communication: Slower day in the building, but a large presence at Trees for Trivia. It was a quick one tonight, but lots of drinkers. They loved the Terra beer and went through two cases of it. Otherwise, smooth night. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Both bars were well into the day by the time I rolled around. Stellar work from Darius, Maya, and Ian at Trivia. Everyone held it down and service went off without a hitch. 

Andrea was clutch coming in for 5 hours to help close and cover for Eliel. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Barry was super helpful today at the service bar in regards to supplementing bar help with glasses when we were busy with trivia. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Vlad was incredibly helpful clearing and replacing the slatted shelves in the liquor room with the new ones from kitchen. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Big Geyser & US Foods arriving tomorrow.  Valentina Hot Sauce (kitchen ordered) arriving on Thursday.  Stumptown arriving Tuesday. JH

Maintenance: Looks like our CO2 tank for the soda guns is running on fumes. I called NuCO2 to inquire when we should expect the refill, but they told me that their system was down in regards to checking on service tickets. I suspect they may have missed a refill, but they have us on a top priority for a refill. Hopefully for tomorrow. This is case number: 6733655 in case they don't come by tomorrow and one of us needs to check in. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
