Manager Communication: We were down a bartender today and playing product catch-up from all the craziness yesterday, so it was pretty non-stop busy. Service was smooth though, everyone did a great job. 

Customer Comments: Had to give a final warning to a group of about 10 teenagers with outside food in the last round of Spiderman. There were no issues with them after that. 

BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle volunteered to open and close the lobby today. Ashley help with a bunch of batching and Matthew held down a busy trees. They were all heroes today. 

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Chester had to schedule a last minute medical procedure today. They could not get their shift covered. Gabrielle stayed to close downstairs, but we could have used another bartender today, so it was not ideal. 

Special Events? Rocky Horror Picture Show! No Issues! 

86ed / counts on items: Still out of Tecate 😒 should be in tomorrow. 

Prep List: We will need a keg of Old Fashioned made tomorrow once rittenhouse rye comes in. Spiderman and Mermaid specials will also need to be made at some point. 
I think we can batch one more keg of Belle Du Jour to get us through. We will need to buy a small package of sage from the store to make a small batch of sage syrup for that. 

Maintenance: Ice scoop holder in trees came off the wall again today. I added to maintenance doc for Juan.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
