Manager Communication: Busy afternoon EL

Very busy afternoon and dinner rounds alongside a decently sold late round as well. Lots of foot traffic in the lobby and outside the building. Pretty solid holiday Sunday overall. EA

Customer Comments: Had an incredible amount of people stop bartenders mid service to ask for water despite being directly in front or around the station. Perhaps it's worth revisiting the idea of bold signage around the stations, although I'm not sure too sure how much clearer we can make this. 

BAR Staff Observations: Great opens and mids. Good teamwork EL

Outstanding work from the team today. Miguel was a champ for staying an hour past his out time to help us with rushes and restocking. Maya and Jenna ran the lobby with little to no support needed. Miguel, Chester, and Tevon handled Trees with ease despite multiple sold out rounds on all floors. Guests always had what they needed, glasses were always restocked, and there was clear communication across the service bar at all times. Solid busy Sunday. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Servers have been clearing the trays and supportive in running glassware through the dishpit when they had extra hands. Great hustle from the team today! EA

Prep List: Short on fresh lime juice. We're good to start, but may need lemonade and strawberry lemmy over the course of the day (like one of each). We're low on Junglebird in the walkin and completely out of the backup spider-verse cocktail alongside the rum to make it. EA

Maintenance:

Mobilebytes Issues: The font on the lobby bar terminal printer is printing very small. I couldn't figure out why it's doing this on the backend. It's only happening on on this printer ending in .182 EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
