Manager Communication: Very busy dinner round, with a lot of walk in ticketing for the later rounds. That 10:15 Spider-Man grew from less than forty tickets at open to 123 at showtime. Definitely something to be mindful of when scheduling and making cuts, as this was our latest showing tonight, it has a pretty decent running time, and definitely left remaining staff feeling a little overwhelmed.
Some drink tickets were left on the pass and had to be remade in the last forty-five minutes of service in Th1, but I honestly think that was just fatigue catching up with some servers once the initial service push frenzy had passed.
BAR Staff Observations: Both bars were well into service by the time I arrived, and both were able to get in restocks once closers arrived, right before the second round kicked off. Once service had settled, Lydia restocked lobby and was able to get out of here around eight. Tevon got some batching done, helped Miguel with a restock, and was out of here a little after nine. Jenna and Miguel kept up with service for the rest of the evening and closed each bar without issue.
FOH Staff Observations: With staffing levels and crowded theaters this past weekend and today there has not been much pre-bussing in the larger theaters. We have been able to keep up with tight flips by having one person on bar team stationed at the glasswasher at Trees to prioritize running glassware, just something for bar managers to keep an eye on when Trees gets its own crowd.
Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Reached out to FedEx and confirmed a pick up tomorrow over the phone. Nick is their contact and they are due to pick up the package anywhere between 12:00-5:00. I left it in Edgar's mailbox. If they fail to pick it up tomorrow, the Confirmation Number is CPU1135631561.
86ed / counts on items: 86'd Corona, Peach Tea, & Tecate (& Michelada & Dusk til Dawn). Kombucha is on a count.

Prep List: Tevon used the last of the Singani to make a Neon Demon batch. Trees cocktail backups will probably need to be made tomorrow at some point.

Maintenance: The Neon Demon at lobby was leaking this morning when Lydia refilled it. Tevon was able to help them out by emptying the machine, taking it apart, and putting it back together again. Tevon said it appeared that the rubber lining wasn't as snug as it should have been, but there were no issues after it was put back together.
