Manager Communication: Pretty mellow day at both bars and the building in general. Beau is Afraid sold out and the final round of Guardians had a good number of people as well, but that was pretty much it. EA

BAR Staff Observations: We cut pretty aggressively today at both bars due to a lower number of ticket sales and lack of foot traffic on the streets. 

Miguel also was able to pick up a shorter swing shift for Memorial Day to help us out and prevent all the staff from having a super long day. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: The FedEx pickup is all set for tomorrow between 11:00am-5:00pm. JH

86ed / counts on items: 86'd Peach Tea. JH

Prep List: Tevon began to batch City of God, but realized we did not have enough cachaca to complete the batch.  He left the unfinished batch in the walk-in, with a note about what needs to be added. JH

We're getting light on the fleur de Jour. I didn't see any sherry though to make a half keg. EA

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor & US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

Was able to get in contact with NuCo2 to pick up the spare Nitro Tank in the Liquor storage. The rep said that the would be able to pick it up in 3-5 days depending on when dispatch sends out a person. The customer ticket number for when I called is #6683161 EA

Maintenance: The bubbler at Lobby was running hot, and Eliel caught it before opening.  Both the Jungle Bird and Lemonade in the bubbler had gone off, so we had to dump it.  We have had this issue before recently, and the temperature behind the bar overnight was fine, so I'm wondering if it is a mechanical issue at this point. For the time being, we are just going to run those drinks in store & pours. JH

I put the parts that were washed into the liquor storage after they dried off. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
