Manager Communication: Pretty slow Sunday with very few pops. EL

Afternoon and evening were just about the same, the late round saw a small increase in ticket sales, but no significant jump. EA

BAR Staff Observations: This were in full swing here today and Natasha was already out by the time I got in with Andrea leaving as soon as the closers were in. Shorter day for both Matthew and Miguel as well since the building was pretty quiet. The late round saw a small jump in sales, but it was nothing that Maya and I couldn't handle with ease. Darius held down trees till close. All frozen machines were cleaned and turned off. 

Miguel had his annual review today. EA

Special Events? the cupcake party at Mezz lasted all of 20 minutes and was super cute and nice. I charged $36 which is $3 per person times 12 kids, plus gratuity. EL

86ed / counts on items: Peach Tea and possibly hibiscus soda. EL

Prep List: Looks like we only need lemonade. EA

R&D comp checks: $32 Trees cocktail training with Maya EA

Pay Outs:  5200 - $42.11 Misc kitchen ingredients. 

Lost & Found?: Someone retrieved their Bose speaker. Mia Zaldastani was in an evening round in theater 7 on Saturday and thinks she left her card. It's a Visa w/ Golden Gate Bridge on it. Email is mzaldastani@icloud.com, number is 415-722-2020. 

Maintenance: Jenn, I replaced the control board for the frozie machine. I left the package in my mailbox for return. Could you at some point call FedEx tomorrow to schedule a pickup? The label is already attached and ready to go. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
