Manager Communication: The building was in full swing of things when I got in this afternoon. Plenty of traffic in the streets that led to a lot of walk ins. Little Mermaid was the star of the show today followed with a lot of sales from other showings. All areas of the building were busy for pretty much dinner and evening rounds. A lot of theaters jumped in sales via walk ins and Trees saw a decent amount of people before and after the dinner round. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha was already cut for the day, but Miguel helped hold it down until the closers came in. Darius and Chester were solid mids today and were able to move from Trees to Lobby as needed and communicated closely with Tevon in order to keep things stocked and moving. Jenna pretty much held down lobby with occasional assistance.  EA

FOH Staff Observations: It was all hands on deck today. Great job at both service passes by all teams. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: For bar email- Bar cart was disgusting tonight. It took me quite a bit of time to clean it as it had dried sugar from syrups caked at various corners. Gonna have to send another reminder to wipe it down. 

Same thing for the sides of the low boy. EA

86ed / counts on items: Groot Beer on a 2 count. No more ingredients to batch. EA

Prep List: Both bars seemed stocked and good to go in the morning. I'd keep an eye on Lemonade, Firewalk, and we'll need a big pot of simple made tomorrow. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
