Manager Communication: Glorious Sunday afternoon. Happy Mother's day all. Super Mario and Hello God, It's Me Margaret continuing to sell very well coupled with a couple pops for Guardians throughout the day. It was quieter toward the end of the night. 

BAR Staff Observations: Andrea and Natasha opened today and we coasting through service when I came in. They let me know that they emptied out all the back ups in the walk in which was perfect timing as Tevon was coming in for his shift, so he headed straight to the prep station. Tevon and Ashley were our mids today and they spent the day supporting their bars until it was evident that the day was not going to pick up anymore and both bars were stocked. They were out shortly after. Miguel closed Trees and Maya took care of lobby for the rest of the night. 

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Jenn Hickey was out today. 8.5hrs added to the sick calendar. 

86ed / counts on items: 86 Jarritos. 6 count Del's Hard Tea. 

Prep List: We need to make honey syrup tomorrow. Alongside Firewalk, Lemonade, and possibly Jungle Bird. 

R&D comp checks: $42.00 Cocktail Training with Maya. Should I continue to close continuous training tabs like this or can we get a Training Comp button?  

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Kitchen received a bunch of pineapple juice on accident, but was credited it without pickup. Bar is now up extra Pineapple juice.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
