Manager Communication: Great afternoon and dinner rush. Though the numbers in the late round were lower, we did have a lot of walk in tickets sold that helped bump up the sales a bit. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Solid opens from both Natasha and Tevon, with Natasha holding down lobby solo all morning and Tevon navigating some very well-sold screenings in Th1/2.  Lydia helped Tevon start the second round at Trees, and floated back down to Lobby once Ashley arrived.  Tevon got some batching done, and he and Natasha got out of here once that was done and closers were in.  JH

Also, leads have been very proactive about keeping eyes on juice levels behind both bars, which has made cocktail service behind both bars much smoother. JH

Things slowed down after the dinner round so I was able to get both the mids out a bit earlier. Matthew easily held down the lobby. Gabrielle and Ian handled the light crowd at Trees and were out of here at a decent time. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Really solid, supportive server and runner staff this morning throughout all of the brunch service rushes.  JH

Prep List: We look pretty set to start the day. At some point, we'll need to batch some lemonade, Part of your World, and possibly some Jungle Bird. EA

Pay Outs: $150.00 (Ariel DJ) JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Edgar and I ordered several items off of Amazon. JH

Maintenance: Vlad let me know that one of the lightbulbs in the lobby men's restroom was flickering.  Added to Maintenance. JH

After closer inspection on the lobby bubbler, I realized that it's the compressor fan that isn't kicking in automatically that is causing the product in it to spoil. Weirdly enough, when the fan gets a manual start by hand, it keeps spinning. I reached out to Grindmaster regarding the warranty after tracking down the purchase info on Webstaurant. Waiting to hear back from them. 

For the time being I moved it into the liquor storage while we wait to hear back from them. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
