Manager Communication: Very busy morning and afternoon. EL

To add to this, every single showing of Little Mermaid sold out on top of other rooms being sold out or near sold out for the majority of they day. A lot of faces at Trees as well. 

Frozen machines were cleaned today instead of yesterday to make sure we started our sold out day strong and not have to worry about product taking a while to freeze. EA

Customer Comments: Had a pair of guests leave TH4 because they didn't like Beau is Afraid, but let me know that they were told that they had to wait to close their check. After closing it, I went upstairs to talk to Grey (one of our newer servers) and let him know that if a guest requests to close out early, they are more than welcome to do so. Chances are they want to close early to leave early for one reason or another. EA

BAR Staff Observations:  openers Ian at lobby and Gabrielle at Trees came ready for service and executed. Miguel clutch at mid saved us and was able to provide coverage while Ian did some much needed batching, while I stayed at Trees with Gabrielle. EL

Very strong work from all staff today. We actually could have used a second mid today today with the 1800+ tickets we sold (More than yesterday), but managed to eek through all the rushes nonetheless. Everyone was great bout communicating amongst one another and staying until everything was under control. EA

FOH Staff Observations:  Rebecca continues to be a steady helpful presence during rushes. Her leadership at bar service while I was behind the bar with Gabrielle, really helped guide other servers questions. EL

Ditto on this. I feel very comfortable walking away from the service bar to attend to service calls if she's there to tray drinks and the bar is self expoing. Absolutely an integral part of the team. EA

Special Events?

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Had a runner (Chris) not pay for his tab, remind bartenders to take cards from everyone. At what point do we start issuing disciplinary actions, if any to bartenders?

Prep List: we need Part of Your World ASAP. I left water in the Lefthand side of the bubbler to keep it running without potential damage. 

Mobilebytes Issues:  The main terminal at Trees froze twice today. I wrote down the ticket numbers as this happened in case there was a double charge.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
