Wednesday 4.12 Edgar/Eliel



Manager Communication: Beautiful day outside. We had a lot of walk ins during the first round and a lot of foot traffic. School is still out and this will probably be the norm for the rest of the week. EA

Great evening, Trees remained busy and Karaoke brought a good sized crowd. 

Customer Comments: A guest who is a little person commented to Gabrielle that it was impossible for them to reach the bathroom pumps in the bathroom because they're so far over the sink. 

BAR Staff Observations: Both bars were ready by doors. Tashi continues to improve and is very good about taking notes. Gabrielle held it down in the lobby until Darius got in to close. 

Tashi still gets a little frazzled at times, but is starting to find their groove. EA
Darius batched and Tashi stayed till both bar and service was manageable, around 10pm. Darius had a great Lobby close and Matthew had a great close at Trees. 

Special Events? Karaoke was great tonight without Susan who is at Coachella for the month. Judy brought a great crowd of friends, some who came before and some who came for the first time. She's very enthusiastic about it. 

86ed / counts on items: The scream cocktail is still on a count as we're only making a 1/4 batch at a time. We will likely have to 86 it completely tomorrow. EA

Prep List: We'll need more roll ups at Trees, Arbol, Neon Demon and City of God tomorrow among regular batching. 

Pay Outs: $580 turntable repair, $100 DJ payment for Ariel last's Saturday and $100 Judi Karaoke 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Serene, St Agrestis, Southern, and Manhattan should be coming tomorrow. 

I put in an order for the paddle skewers for the film feast and they should be in tomorrow. EA

Maintenance: I didn't have a chance to change the water filters yet, but they will be done by this Sunday. 

I installed the new micromatic nitro faucet at Trees and put a handle on it. All spare parts are now kept together in a container in the liquor storage with the faucet tool for easy access and maintence. EA

Mobilebytes Issues:

Filmbot Issues: Had an issue during the first round with the card reader going manual and when resetting the app, it would lock the seats for longer than usual. This happened twice in succession and locked the seats out longer than usual. I was able to finally sell the desired seats for Mario because the parents were in early enough and were eternally patient. 

Neither Gil nor I could figure out why this happened. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
