Manager Communication: Pretty busy first couple of rounds then tapered off a bit. Trees had a little crowd. EL

Weather was just perfect for the afternoon into the evening. Dinner round was pretty consistent at Trees and the lobby saw a good amount of action as well as TH 3/5/7 were all pretty sold out around the same time. Late round saw us slow down quite a bit, but there were still some people here to keep us going. EA

Customer Comments: There was an incident in the lobby today involving a guest, Michael Hall, and according to his email to us, two of our staff members who turned out to be Darius and Tevon. Although I do not know the exact specifics of what happened first hand as I learned about this through Wyatt after the email was sent, I was able to gather some information with him regarding what happened as Maya was the bartender at the time. From what was gathered, the guest felt that both Tevon and Darius were jeering at his kids who were racing around the lobby, while in fact they were cheering them in having a good time. The guest reacted poorly and began to become confrontational with the staff members. Both staff members were unfortunately a bit intoxicated (off shift and from elsewhere). Maya decided to diffuse the situation at the very moment it was happening as the tension was rising, but also failed to call an MOD in the heat of the situation. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Great opens by Natasha and Tevon. Tashi was 37 minutes late and received a written warning. Ashley was a great mid got some batching done. Tevon was cut early and Natasha and Ashley held down Trees while Tashi held down lobby. EL

Tevon was already gone by the time I got to the building, but Natasha continued to hold it down at Trees with Ashley until Ian was in to close. After another restock and the Mario rush settling in, I was able to get Natasha out of here. Ashley had another small batch done and was out on her way after the final round was settled. Ian and Maya cleaned out the frozen machines for the night. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Went over an email (Tiambay Cuthbertson) with Wyatt today regarding a guest's experience in the lobby yesterday for a screening of Super Mario. Although it doesn't state the exact show time, it did state that the guest felt dismissed by the staff behind the bar we should reemphasize either in person or in the bar email the importance of demeanor in the lobby as they are usually the guest's first encounter. EA

86ed / counts on items: I can't find the any more egg gummies. Jenn, were both bags opened? I might have just not seen them in dry storage. Let me know and I can place an order via my prime to get them to us asap EA

I was just alerted to the fact that we are low on the sani for the 3-sink so we should get another set ordered. EA

Prep List: Ashley used the last of the lemon juice to prep a keg of Coffee + Ciggs only to realize that we hadn't received our order of Tobacco Bitters. It is sitting in in the walk in waiting for the last ingredient. 

Otherwise we'll need: Firewalk, Lemonade, Strawberry Lemmy, City of God, Neon Demon, and Hail Satan. We have enough to start at both bars, but we also went through a good amount of product today. 

There's Pink Peppercorn Vodka infusing on top of the brunch low boy, and we just need to make the Radish Vodka tomorrow as I didn't catch this until about 11pm. EA

Maintenance: Eliel let me know that they cleaned out the filters on the frozen machines at Trees. We can rebuild the firewalk hopper tomorrow and see if that did the trick. They said it was caked with lint and I believe that's why it was having a hard time freezing. EA
