Manager Communication: It looks like it was an easy start to the day and quickly built up for the early afternoon round of D&D. Dinner round followed suit with some pretty well sold theaters before the quiet late round. 

Jenn, I printed the Volo Specials before I left for the night and put them in your box. I also created a template using the Trivia/Karaoke table tent and copied over the logos from the ones you've used in the past. It is now named "Volo Table Tent" EA

BAR Staff Observations: Jenna was gone before I got there, but Natasha and Tevon were up in Trees handling the tickets while Tashi in the lobby handling guests and ticketing. As soon as Maya was in, I sent her up to Trees to prep for the next D&D rush. I was able to get Natasha out as the rush dwindled down and as soon as Ashley was in, Maya went back down to relieve Tashi for they day. 

Both Maya and Ashley closed their bars today and were out after cleaning the frozen machines. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: I just gave each bar a gallon of the organic fruit fry gel. Let's keep on them on using it as we move towards warmer weather and put it in the service email I've drafted. EA

Prep List: We'll need some Firewalk, Michelada, Lemonade, and Strawberry lemonade at some point tomorrow. EA

Maintenance: The Nitro Faucet on the left beer tower started leaking this evening. I temporarily 86'd the beer to swap out parts. I moved over the one from the right beer tower and replaced that with a regular beer faucet in the meantime while I order a replace diaphragm that has a small hole. 

The only other caveat is that the nitro faucet that i moved over to the left side is from a different brand so we're down a handle. Since both the cold brew faucets and the one that sprung a leak are from the brand Micro Matic as well as the one's down in lobby bar, can we just make this the standard across both bars? It'll be easier to keep replacement parts in house to repair when needed and to reduce down time on lines. We'd need one more Micro Matic faucet to complete our set. 

Otherwise, I can just figure out what size thread the generic nitro faucet takes and order a handle -EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
