Manager Communication: Continuing the trend for a busy weekend, both bars were busy for pretty much the entirety of the day. Service felt seamless at both bars despite all the traffic in lobby and trees. EA

Customer Comments: Super Mario brought out a lot of testy parents today who were less than pleased that we would not allow them to put their four year old child on their laps. I did a lot of the ticketing when I first came in to close to alleviate ticket times in the lobby and free up bartenders to make drinks. Though most were very understanding about the sold out shows, some bad eggs tried to cause a scene but were quickly pulled aside and spoken to. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Once again the bar just crushed these short rounds with endless ticket streams. Natasha powered us through Trees all day and stayed a bit longer to help get us sorted so we wouldn't feel like we were ever behind. That coupled with Ian and Ashley made sure we got through those afternoon rounds with ease. After Tevon joined the fray, I was  able to get Natasha out. 

Matthew did the same downstairs and stayed later to help Maya navigate tickets and front facing guests who wanted drinks before they entered the theater. Both floors absolutely crushed it and never batted an eye to the levels of business. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: We had another payout done in the lobby this morning. Can we remind all departments that payouts should only be done at Trees? Thanks! EA

86ed / counts on items: 86 F this Franchise - Jenn, I think instead of trying to source Cherry Heering, we should use that Leopold Brothers Cheery Liqueur we have in the R&D basket and see if it tastes comparable and batch using that to get use through the week. The thought just came to my head right now at closing. EA 

Prep List: For sure we'll need to start some more Lemonade (We sold SO. MUCH. LEMONADE) and maybe some strawberry lemonade. Tomorrow seems to show some small reprieve. EA

Pay Outs: 5200-Milk $25.00

Maintenance: I left the base to the lobby water dispenser at bar prep. I gave it a little TLC and glued the cracks to stabilize it some more. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
