Manager Communication: Busy first round in the big theaters, and the second round filled out a bunch of the smaller ones, too.  Pretty consistently busy from when doors opened up all the way into the second round. JH

It just kept going from there. We were consistently busy until the last round sat. This included many bodies at Trees. The rain going in and out all afternoon into the evening helped with guest retention as some opted to stay at Trees after their film ended while they they planned their next move. EA

BAR Staff Observations: As mentioned above, it was nonstop with a sold out Kiki's Delivery Service seating Th2 once doors were opened.  Andrea kept up with the pushes from Th1&2, and Natasha was a great help at keeping Trees and Lobby stocked with garnishes.  Maya helped Andrea get through the second Mario seating, and was able to float back down to Lobby once Matthew arrived.  JH

Big day for the PM gang as well. After the openers were cut and bars were restocked, Trees saw a steady swarm of tickets throughout each round. Ian opted to take point on the rushes with Tashi as his back up and Matthew front facing. At one point I was able to bring Miguel up for support while Maya was able to run the lobby on her own with some backup from Dwight. After things calmed down at Trees to get us back to three people, Miguel was able to swing back down to relieve Maya for the night. Tashi and Ian went through what it means to have a thorough close, but also how to manage time so they're not left with an abundance of things to do. Solid closes from both bars. EA

FOH Staff Observations: All servers in TH1/2 were hustling today and while there were a couple misrings, they were great about bringing the beverage back to the bar and giving a concise response as to why. Shout out to Julianna for holding down TH4/6 as their support. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Brought some coffee mugs out from the liquor room, as both bars were running pretty low this morning.  Did not have to open any boxes, as I was able to pull from the glass racks by the wine. JH

Cheat sheets! Should we take them away or give the bar team a test? There's too much reliance on them at Trees when it's only four cocktails. It should be a point of reference for when a bartender has a temporary lapse in memory, not something they should be using on the daily and worse yet, looking down at it while they are making the drink in front of lots of guests. It's time to have them memorized. EA

86ed / counts on items: 86 Lychees. Use a bat and cherry for now. EA

Prep List: We're short on lemon juice. Eliel, I'll leave it up to you on what to use it for depending on whether or not we go through lots of lemonade or not. We're short one keg of coffee + ciggs, but I just tapped a new one that will get use through the next few days. Other than that, I think we can use another Jungle Bird at some point tomorrow as well as Demerara Syrup. EA

Pay Outs: $43.55 (Jenn's TIPS Certification)
$150.00 (Eliel DJ) JH

Maintenance: The Fire Walk hopper that was giving us issues last week had a new issue today where it would not freeze any product.  The Strawberry Lemon Slushie next to it froze without issue, so we just emptied the Fire Walk and cleaned it.  Edgar said he'll check it out Monday, when it's less busy at Trees.
