Saturday 04.15 Jenn/Edgar

Manager Communication: Busy day from the moment doors opened.  Mario continues to crush sales, along with ST&B, Air, and Dungeons.  Lots of walk ins, with sales growing steadily throughout the day. JH

Same thing for the dinner round and late round. Everything throughout dinner was pretty sold out, while late round saw only a small dip in sales. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha rocked her clopen, and Andrea sailed through Spoons smoothly, with Maya arriving at showtime to help with the service push.  Once Tashi arrived, I was able to bring Maya back down to Lobby, and Natasha got out of here around four.  Andrea was able to get out of here once all the closers were in, and Trees absolutely crushed dinner round service which was pretty non-stop from 4:30 until 6:30. JH

Adding tho this, Trees was busy all throughout dinner and late rounds with a lot of traffic at the Trees bar as well keeping everyone busy. I was able to swing Maya upstairs for a little over an hour so Ian could do a deep restock for the bar, but afterwards was able to get Maya down for a lobby restock and then out for the night. Tashi helped with one more restock before I was able to cut her. Ashley and Ian finished us out at Trees as Matthew cleaned and reset the lobby for the night. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Rebecca continues to be a great second pair of hands at service bar when multiple floors are spitting out tickets. EA

Special Events? ST&B All Ages ran smoothly.  The hosts did leave a bus bin full of milk outside of the MOD office instead of bringing it to the walk in, which was left out for over an hour before I happened to walk through the area.  If we could just remind them to touch base with a manager when finishing, particularly if product needs to be returned anywhere. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Just for the bar email this week, if we could advise bartenders, particularly in Lobby, to be a bit more specific when radio'ing for assistance.  For example, when calling for support with tickets, if it is a filmbot issue or if they just need extra hands for service.  It just makes service run a little more efficiently during the busier moments, as bar managers can delegate from the service pass if currently expo'ing. JH

86/Counts: We are out of Tobacco bitters, I used the last for a keg of Coffee and Cigarettes today. I borrowed some red dye from the kitchen to batch the Hail Satan as we ran out by today. I ordered a 12oz bottle via my Amazon so we could get it by Monday. I'll bring it in then. EA

Prep List: I was able to get a lot of prep done for products done tonight, but we will need a bunch of syrups done for future batches:

-Honey Syrup

-Molasses Syrup

-House Grenadine

-Arbol Tequila

-Warchild Syrup (There's a back up 1qt in the walk in, so this isn't crucial, but if there's time, we can get some going.)

There's two 32 bottles of store bought lemon juice that should only be used for any of the lemonades if it comes to it. I used the last of the natalie's to batch actual cocktails. 

If there's any free time, we could use back up of the Trees cocktail cheaters as well. EA
