Manager Communication: Another quiet day start to the day here. Received the Nu-Foamicide. EA

Had Gabrielle do her Harassment Training in the MOD office today. EA

It got a little better at Trees for Karaoke but not by too much. Slow all around. EL

Customer Comments: A nude person walked in to the lobby. Vlad immediately let me know, I was there already and first asked them if they needed help or if I could call help for them. They were unresponsive to that so I asked them to leave a couple of times. They stood looking at the plaque and then they left after no more than 5 minutes.  Susan who was here for Karaoke was outside smoking, saw the person, helped them find their clothes, get dressed and put them in a car. Susan to the rescue. It was shocking but resolved itself quickly.. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Easy open for Ashley and Gabrielle. They got out soon after closers Darius and Matthew who had a smooth closes. 

Special Events? Karaoke brought its own crowd and made the bar look good. 

Prep List: A single batch of House Grenadine. EA

Pay Outs: $100 Susan Karaoke.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
