Thursday 3/30 Jenn / Eliel

Manager Communication: Pretty busy shift all around especially with menu change. Trees lounge had a nice crowd before Eternal sunshine and then it was still pretty good after. We also got a good Trees crowd from Holy Mountain in theater 5. Some people preferred Trees over the theater. 

BAR Staff Observations: Great job by the team today. Tevon opened lobby and helped batch and prep for stock move by making bus bins for each bar, which made stocking very easy. Matthew did a great job closing lobby and then helped batch a Jungle Bird and helped with cleaning prep. Darius held down Trees and had a good close. Tashi Opened Trees and did a good job but is still learning and needs a close eye, but they also seem nervous to mess up and also needs to know that it's okay. Tashi was great expoing during the Eterrnal Sunshine rush, they had real grace under fire then. 

FOH Staff Observations: Vlad told me that a server told him in a rude way not to take their garbage in one the theaters and he told me he wanted to avoid them when they were in a theater. He didn't tell me who it was and asked me not to say anything but he shouldn't be made to feel that way. 

I answered a call with Nathaniel in theater 2 from Jonathan who had been clocked out for some time. He just watched a movie with his friends and they had a different charge on the third party app they used than what we actually charged them. Jonathan was in the station looking at the checks and POS and explained it to Nathaniel and I. We spoke to his friends and took their information which Nathaniel put in the main blog. We told them that it was probably some weird hold and to contact us if the problem was still there in a couple of business days. They said they understood but declined to tip because of it. Jonathan was on the same check and got his discount. Check# H13. 

Special Events?: Holy Mountain and Eternal Sunshine had great Trees crowds! Wyatt and his Family looked really happy taking photos in front of the trees posters. 

86ed / counts on items: Winter Menu!

Prep List: We managed to prep most back ups. Still need a double City of Gods and Strawberry Lemonade slushie for tomorrow.  

Over/Short on Banks:  Trees was short $28. After doing the check out, Darius told me that it was short but $26 of that was from an incorrectly closed check #J34 which was closed to cash and then was immediately rang in again in check #J35 for the same items with a card. Nobody informed me at the time it happened but it looks like it was during a rush. Darius told me Tashi made the mistake. We should let them know that it''s okay to ask for a void when it happens.  

Mobilebytes Issues: There were a couple of times at Trees Lounge where I saw glitches. One time I sent an order of Doritos chicken no dust, a phony negroni and a soda, the ticket immediately disappeared after I hit send. The kitchen got the order but the ticket was on no screen. I rang it again and called a no make on the second one. Another time the screen had 7 open tabs but Trees was empty. I started looking for cards and when I turned around the screen only had one ticket. It was very strange.
