Manager Communication: Busy brunch, which continued throughout the day. The John Wick crowd is eager to hang at the bar before the theater opens, and then orders steadily throughout the movie, so Trees was pretty packed from about 4 o’clock on. Lobby also had plenty of well-sold screenings, which kept both bars busy throughout. JH
Dinner round was firing on all cylinders at all bars. It kept everyone moving. As mentioned above guests are grabbing a drink at Trees before they enter the theater. Things tapered off during the late round with some people sticking around after the dinner round for drinks and the pool table. EA
BAR Staff Observations: Natasha and Tevon were both ready for doors, with Natasha prepping cut citrus for Trees and Tevon navigating a very busy Matilda service bar. Tashi and Maya restocked both bars with product and glassware, and I was able to swing Natasha up to Trees once I cut Tevon around 3:30. JH
Big shoutout to Natasha who stayed on to help get Trees situated. Thanks to her, we were able to cycle all staff through family meal despite being busy at the bar and on service. She was able to get out soon after.
Mids and Closers were on fire today. Since we didn't have Dwight today, Tashi was great at working the TH3/5 ticket side, while Matthew was on TH7 and the box office. It kept both of the pretty busy throughout their shifts until it was slow enough to cut Tashi. From what I've seen, they are starting to acclimate to the team pretty well and it's great to see that they're enjoying their time here so far. Matthew was on top of things in the lobby as usual.
Maya held down the service rushes this afternoon and during dinner with back up from Ian while Gabrielle worked the majority of the Trees guests.
Very strong communication and teamwork today from all bartenders. EA
FOH Staff Observations: Th1 first round crushed a very busy service, and Kaela was fantastic drink support. JH
Prep List: We'll need Michelada, Firewalk, and Lemonade.

Thanks to the split in the show times for the John Wick screenings, all the servers in TH1/2 were able to support each other and run trays as they came out. It made for a really smooth dinner service! EA
Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Reminder for the staff to downsize cambros into 2 or 4 quarts when applicable (Low amounts or hot ticket specials.) to speed up restock.
86ed / counts on items: 86'd Sauvignon Blanc, Spice Spice Baby, & Stout. JH

We're out of Prosecco in liquor storage and bar walk in. We're rolling with what we have at both the bars with 16 bottles all day. EA

We're out of Holy Mountain in the back, but collectively we have about 12qts between both bars. We should be able to ride that out until menu change since we only sold 34 over the last two days. EA
