Manager Communication: Cold wet day. On the quieter side throughout all theaters. Decent crowd for Psycho II. Over all smooth night. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Ashley and Eliel had easy opens today and were able to prep us with juice and batching for the next few days. We were able to get Ashley out of here when the closers were in and the bar was stocked fully for Miguel to take over. Eliel was cut soon after when it was clear that Psycho II wasn't going to jump up. 

Trees was pretty bare for the last round so after the seating rush for Psycho, Miguel was able to wrap things up easily. Jenna was also able to glide through the rest of dinner and late service on her own in the lobby with no incident. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Bar email-  It's easy to get distracted when it's slow, just a reminder to be on the look out for guests at the bar and to not keep your back to the guests for too long. EA

Prep List: An Old Fashioned Keg, some Holy Mountain, and a half Spice, Spice, Baby? We also will need some more Diamond Dame when the Pamplemouse gets in. EA

Over/Short on Banks:

Maintenance: We checked in with Ciro again regarding the replacement parts for the Fetco machines and he updated us with the parts arriving tomorrow. If he receives them early enough, he will be in to replace them before the dinner rush. If not we can hold off until Wednesday so it doesn't impact service. EA

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
