Manager Communication: Quiet start to the day with little to no foot traffic outside the building.

Jenna Brewer's new wage sheet was scanned and emailed out. EA

Pretty mellow night, with a couple of the larger theaters getting decent crowds for a slower weeknight. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Eliel and Ashley had easy starts today as usual and were able to get the bars going with time to spare for side work. Eliel was able to get out of here early as soon as Miguel came in to close the lobby and had time for family meal. EA

Ashley got out of here after catching us up with some prep.  Both Miguel and Tevon held it down solo behind each bar, and closed without issue. JH

86ed / counts on items: 86'd Makers Mark & Sauvignon Blanc. JH

Prep List: Diamond Dame and Michelada should be made tomorrow.  There is Horchata to be strained tomorrow, too. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor & Stumptown tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: Went on the Fetco and reached out to Ciro Ilardo (718) 844-7718 regarding repairing our coffee machines. He was able to come in for an assessment and I walked him through all the issues we've been having including the specific error codes that would come up. 

He texted me with the estimate and it'll be 500 for the LCD panel, 100 for labor, and about 120 to replace the leaking valves. EA

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
