Manager Communication: Very busy tonight at the bar. Service was smooth. 

BAR Staff Observations: Darius and Ian had great opens, and were very good about communicating stock and garnish needs.  Ian was kept busy with the Parents event up at Trees when we opened, so I stepped in to help with service bar and bussing the floor, but it stayed relatively easygoing.  JH

Special Events? The Park Slope Parents group definitely brought in a great pop of business for the opening round, keeping Trees busy all the way until we got into the Th1 dinner round rush.  Really lovely group of people, and most were closed out and on their way by 6:30pm. JH

86ed / counts on items: Our regular Prosecco was OOS this week, so we are temporarily subbing a different brand. No need to communicate to servers, they are so similar that I can't imagine anyone saying anything. - ND

Prep List: Lemon and limes should be juiced tomorrow. JH

Pay Outs: $ (Tart Cherry Juice) JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor tomorrow, which will be bringing passionfruit puree.  Eliel, please put two six-packs of that puree into the freezer in the kitchen.

US Foods should also be delivering tart cherry juice, via direct ship, so please keep a look out for that.  If it does not arrive by noon, we may have to go to Whole Foods to get more as Ian bought the last four bottles at Prospect Market today. JH

Maintenance: The coffee machine at Lobby continues to sporadically leak.  Edgar reached out to Ciro. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
