Manager Communication: Slow, but oh so gorgeous day today. 

I was able to swap the front panels on the fetco machines. The one with the broken screen is now at trees and will be for hot water only. I was also able to reset the error codes on the lobby machine after changing the panel and it *seems* to have stopped it's randomly leaking. Let's observe it over the next couple of days. 

Paul and I went through the deep clean checklist with Vlad today and helped clarify any questions he might have had. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Very quiet day for the openers. Matthew kept busy with cleaning activities down in the lobby and Chelsea did the same at Trees until she went off and did some prep and batching. EA 
Openers were both cut asap. Chelsea batched before she left. Ashley and Gabrielle had great closes. EL

86ed / counts on items: triple sec

Prep List: coffee and ciggs should be made tomorrow. 

Pay Outs: $1.20 Beet. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Still waiting on Manhattan Beer (Tecate), Serene (Pilsner), and Gold Coast (Ruby Hibiscus) to be delivered. May come tomorrow morning. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
