Sunday 2/5 Eliel and Edgar
Manager Communication: Good medium afternoon today. EL
Dinner was pretty mellow so we were able run lean for the rest of the day with no service issues at either bar. EA
BAR Staff Observations: Great opens from Andrea at Lobby training Maya, and Natasha at Trees. Tevon and Ashley were great mids. Andrea was Cut soon after Tevon arrived and Natasha was cut at 4:30 once Trees was manageable. EL

Mids were able to get out relatively early after giving the closers time to take a break. Jenna as always flew through the frozen machines in the lobby and Miguel ran the rest of service at Trees without any issue. EA
Hiring/Training: Maya got some good opening training at Lobby from Andrea. She spent a lot of time with Mobilebytes. She then spent a while at Trees where Natasha guided her through a couple of cocktails for guests while I tended to the tickets. She’s very eager and excited and learning a lot fast. She could slow down a tiny bit. At one point at Trees she was about to help build a tray and I pointed out a new guest and asked her to help them. She took the feedback and helped the guest with Natasha. She also changed a soda bag and cold brew keg with me. She had a great training shift and I’m excited to work more with her on Tuesday. EL
86ed / counts on items: Tempranillo by the bottle, Spice Spice Baby 86 EA
Prep List: We have a different style of Limoncello on the shelf today and wasn't sure if we're using that for the Coffee and Cigarettes going forward, so Ashley and I decided to wait on making a backup since we had a pretty full keg tapped. If it's the right one, then we could use another keg, but it's not urgent. EA

Sugar and Spice is on the DNB list
Maintenance: The compressor on the NuCO2 unit in the liquor storage stopped producing gas today. I got the back up tank going for the rest of dinner service and gave them a call. As of sending this, they haven't called back with a scheduled date of maintenance, but they should be reaching out with Jenn or myself tomorrow to set up a drop off time for another spare tank and to see when they can come in and work on it.
