Manager Communication:  Pretty good day. Opened medium and grew throughout the day. Just what ya wanna hear. 

Customer Comments: Helped two separate guests with wheelchair access.  One of the removals was during trailers. Is there a way to prompt guests to send an email if they need it removed? -EL

BAR Staff Observations:  Great opens from Natasha at trees and Maya at Lobby. Once Matthew got here I moved Maya up to Trees and once Ashley got here, she did a big batch. (Bigger batch than usual because of the holiday). Great jobs all around - EL

note from FOH blog Maya and Matthew need to be reminded to go easy on kitchen towels.  They tend to take too many as well as leave them on the counters instead of dry/folded or in the Sani buckets.  Bar MODs, please keep reminding them.

Let's make sure towels are either in sani buckets or folded and put way at all times please. -ND

FOH Staff Observations: I saw Renee Michelle grab lobby bar's water cups because she was out, but there were two full racks waiting at trees. When they don't have any cups its okay to take some from the bar but not before checking usual places. On Friday she was also looking for water cups while we were running dishes. We told her we would get to the water cups shortly but needed to secure some glassware first. She sent another server to check, a manager and returned herself. All this was within 5-8 minutes at most. -EL

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Edgar was out today. 

86ed / counts on items: We are 86 Daisy Sauv Blanc. It's been OOS at Skurnik for a couple weeks, but should be back this week -ND

Over/Short on Banks: Trees was over $25 at the end of the night. We could not figure out why, so we put it in the over under.  

Maintenance: I have the water filter system on Juans list to take a look at with me, I can't seem to find why it is leaking. -ND

Mobilebytes Issues: Had to reset the lobby card reader a couple times.
