Manager Communication: Pretty good morning. Slow at start but ramped up. Nice afternoon trees crowds. Pittsburgh of bust in mezz went great. Chenelle had everything under control. EL

Trees was busy all evening, especially once the 5:00pm Cocaine Bear let out.  Chelsea & Jesse's going away party crowd brought out a lot of people, with a fair amount of NH staff in the mix.  Everyone was on their best behavior and it was a lovely evening with plenty of drinks going out all night. JH

BAR Staff Observations:   Great opens from Tevon at Trees and Andrea at Lobby. Matthew floated between bars and helped batch once Maya arrived. Great brunch team. EL

By the time I got in, Andrea had been cut, and Tevon was able to get out of here shortly after I arrived after getting Trees through a restock.  Everyone was firing on all cylinders tonight, as Sean, Maya, and Matthew handled an incredibly busy Trees crowd.  Darius was great downstairs, and was able to get a pre-close restock in while Maya watched the bar.  Once we were into the final round, I was able to get Matthew out of here, and Maya shortly after that.  Darius and Sean cleaned the frozies and closed without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations: The Brunch runner team was great today all around and especially setting up and breaking down the party at Mezz. EL

Rebecca is a rockstar, and she is always so helpful at the Trees service pass, delegating and assisting when needed without prompting. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: As it was a very busy bar upstairs, the drawer was a little short this evening, and a couple of tips on checks had been put away but never entered.  I was able to sift through the signed checks and find all of the missing tips, save for two.  A note in this week's bar email about how to better file and enter tips from checks would be helpful.

Additionally, it was pointed out to me this week that two of the floor mats at Trees are pretty well trod, and aren't offering the support that they should.  The mats in question are the two that have been cut to fit the space.  If we could order and cut two new ones we should be in good shape, as the other mats seem to be fine. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
