Manager Communication: Breezy afternoon, chilly night. Pretty busy day with Ant-Man leading the charge. The Marvel machine never ceases to amaze. The busy afternoon bled into a busy evening with all theaters doing quite a bit of sells. Neither of the bars ever fell behind though.
I reprogrammed the coffee machine in the lobby so one side can do the standard 2L brew and changed the other side to match the 3L that was there before I swapped the front panels. EA
BAR Staff Observations: Natasha and Tevon were both great about communicating garnish needs and doing hefty stocks at both bars before open, so the first round went really smoothly. I was primarily up at Trees to assist Tevon with back-to-back seatings, and Natasha held down the first floor without issue. Once Andrea and Chelsea were in as mids, both bars got restocked, and then Chelsea was able to get us a headstart on batching for the day. JH

Trees was feeling the brunt of the business today with the tightly packed Back to Back Ant-Man rushes. Chelsea was a gem in coming back during the beginning of the last round to help Ian get an interim restock done and was able to get out shortly after. Andrea broke down the Holy Mountain side to clean it as I was under the impression the motor was dead. It was not. In any case, after that she was able to get out as well.
Gabrielle, Ian, and Matthew ran the rest of the night with no incident. EA
FOH Staff Observations: Really great support up at the Trees service pass from all servers today. We ran very low on trays at some points, but that was largely due to the fact that we had multiple well-sold theaters overlapping in service. Once reminded, servers and runners were very proactive about bringing trays back down to Trees. JH
86ed / counts on items: 86'd Daisy Sauvignon Blanc JH
Prep List: We are in need of StripTEAse, Ooze, Firewalk, Lemonade, and it looks like a half batch of the Four Grasshoppers since we only sold about 26 over the last two days and have a quart of it at each bar. EA
Pay Outs: $150.00 (DJ Eliel) JH
Maintenance: There is some graffiti on the wall in the last stall in the women's restroom at Trees. Added to Maintenance Doc. JH
So as mentioned by Jenn those water filters at Trees are acting up and I don't know if it's a bad filter or what else it could be. I've already purged and reseated them twice and have no idea what to do short of putting a new filter in and see if it holds. We are getting closer to menu flip though so I don't know if we want to do it so soon or just wait it out.
It was brought to my attention that the hopper at Trees started spinning again after the Holy Mountain thawed. Andrea cleaned and emptied it, but I didn't want to fill it in case it seized again.

Eliel, if you feel comfortable adding a bit at a time tomorrow to see if you can get it running, please do. If not I can keep an eye on it tomorrow when I get in to see whether or not I have to change the motor with the last back up in the closet. EA
