Monday 02.06 Jenn

Manager Communication: Overall a mellow night with a couple of people eager to head up to the Mezz and play pool, punctuated only by a disruptive guest in the second round showing in Th1.

Customer Comments: Had a very disruptive guest in the second round screening of Knock at the Cabin in Th1.  His main complaint was that he felt that Kaya (the server in Th1) and the other servers and runners walking through the aisles were singling him out and walking in front of him excessively.  

When he brought this to Kaya's attention, the movie had been playing for quite some time, so she suggested he move to the front two rows, where no one would walk in front of him.  He did not like this response and went to Lobby Bar were he spoke to Carly while I went to Th1 to talk with Kaya.  Initially he demanded a refund but then began to head back to the theater with Carly, asking to sit 'as far from kitchen as possible,' where she agin suggested he take a seat in one of the first two rows.

Ultimately, he decided to re-enter the screening and moved to row four, and I remained in Th1, at Kaya's request, to monitor his interactions with her as she dropped checks.  Once the movie ended, he left the theater without further issue.

Overall, he was an incredibly disruptive guest, both to those working service and the other patrons in the theater, and was quite rude to Kaya, to the point where she was quite affected by how he spoke to her.  I believe that his behavior tonight, coupled with his previous interaction with Carly re: Apple Pay, warrants us putting him on the No Fly List, if we can identify him in the system.  If he was this uncooperative in a Monday night screening in Th1 that had under forty guests, I can't imagine him being welcome company in a sold out screening on a busier night. 

BAR Staff Observations: Great work all around tonight.  Jenna got out of here once everyone had family meal and Eliel was able to grab a break.  Both Eliel and Sean closed without issue, with Eliel swinging up to Trees to help Sean close. 

Prep List: Mulled Wine Syrup should be made sometime this week, we just need someone to do a Pay Out for a knob of ginger. 

Lost & Found?: A dark grey bookbag was left at Trees.  Nothing in it but old movie tickets and two packs of wet wipes, so I just left it in the lost & found bin at Lobby Bar. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Big Geyser arriving tomorrow. US Foods arriving Wednesday. 

Maintenance: One of the white water filters at Trees (the one closest to the ice machine) appears to either be leaking or developing condensation on the outside that is dripping down to the floor.  I was able to get up there and tighten it slightly, and that seemed to stop the issue.  But definitely something to check on tomorrow morning.
