Manager Communication: Pretty busy evening. Cocaine bear has a great drinking crowd.  Trees had a great vibe all night. 

BAR Staff Observations: Pretty good team. Everyone rallied and helped each other. Andrea was moved to Trees during the dinner round and went back down when it was manageable. Gabrielle was a real team player at lobby bar. Ashley and Matthew closed the night out strong. 

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Ian rolled his ankle this morning, but was still able to come in for his Trees Open shift.  Unfortunately, as the afternoon went on, his ankle got progressively worse and I ended up cutting him once both closers arrived.  He plans to go to the doctor and will touch base with me in the morning about how his ankle is doing and whether or not he can make it in. He put up his Trees Close shift tomorrow on ScheduleFly to see if anyone can grab it in the meantime. JH

Prep List: Looking pretty good. Might want to steep some earl grey gin if it's moving. 

Maintenance: The coffee machine at Trees was leaking again.  We turned it off, but it still kept happening intermittently.  We ended up turning it back on and have just been keeping an eye on it, and keeping the area stocked with rags and cambros. JH

Lobby bar gate wont come down and started beeping. Matthew was alerted and it was added to the doc.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
