Thursday 1.26 Edgar and Eliel

Manager Communication: Quiet start today with a lot of wind in the neighborhood. Dio was in to work on the lowboy. More of that listed below. EA

Evening was a lot. Theater 1 delay, a couple of dropped drink trays for a busy 4/6 round at the same time as the rush which was still going strong when theater 2 started and Trees was filling with Action Jackson folks. The team handled everything wonderfully. Trees stayed busy for a while longer then emptied out and got quiet on the earlier side. EL

Customer Comments: Helped clean up vomit in theater 7. Jared handled the guests. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Super slow open for both Chelsea and Ashley. They were up and going pretty quickly and was able to make sure the bar was stocked and clean before the closers were in. EA

We got Chelsea out early, Ashley helped through all the rush stuff and was out by 10. Ian closed Trees and Tevon handled Lobby. Great jobs all around. EL

FOH Staff Observations: Brendan and Rebecca showed grace under fire in 4/6 during the dinner round.

At the end of the night a server spilled the white bucket contents in the hall outside the MOD office. They left a wet floor sign and asked another server to tell an MOD to get a porter.  I grabbed a mop and cleaned it up. I'm not sure what the right protocol is for this or if the servers know exactly what to do in the scenario. EL

86ed / counts on items: I put counts on both phony Negroni and the Athletic NA IPA, Pinot Grigio down to 3 closed bottles. I put a count on the per bottle.

Prep List: We decided against making another keg of Spice, Spice, Baby since we are low on Tinedo and the keg is pretty full. I rather have the wine by the glass available to sell this weekend since we sell more of it than the cocktail. EA

Maintenance: Dio came in this morning to finish the maintenance on the low boy (I don't believe I was in yet, the man is a ghost). The temperature seems to have leveled out and it is not freezing things anymore. The thermometer shows that temp is in the good range and should continued to be monitored to make sure the knob inside the fridge doesn't need to be adjusted any more. EA
