Sunday 01.09 Eliel and Edgar


Manager Communication: Looks like it was a spicy morning and the evening was pretty steady as well. M3GAN pretty much sold out in every theater it was in. We had some good pushes from Avatar and out special brunch screenings too. Solid Sunday all around from the entire team. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Ashley opened us up today and were great about communicating about prep. By the time I was in they had gotten through their initial rush and prepped us for the evening. Tevon stocked us on roll ups and Ashley got us on garnishes. 

Lee was a great swing today and rolled with the punches since we had to move Darius to NWB. Ashley commented on how the vibe was great and he was super easy to work with while being helpful and receptive to direction. 

Sean and Jenna were the closers and did their usual duties. Sean took extra care with the frozen machines in Trees to make sure he didn't repeat last weeks mistake and water tested them to make sure they held. Jenna as always was perfect in the lobby and with the machines. 

Lee was incredibly helpful with get keeping both bars stocked, breaking down a well and getting giving Sean a head start on the frozen duties. Really great to see the bar team come together when we need it. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Another great day of watching servers support each other and communicate their needs in a concise and patient way. They've been really great about giving the service bar space during really busy rushes so we could expo more efficiently. EA

86ed / counts on items:

Prep List: Didn't get to see if the bars were stocked on Sugar and Spice, but the walk in looked a little light. We could start blue gin tomorrow for the Heart Shaped Herb, but I believe the bars are still adequately stocked for another day. EA

Pay Outs: 5200 Food

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
