Saturday 01.28 Jenn/Edgar
Manager Communication: Very busy first round in Th1 & 2, which was a great start to the day. There was definitely a bit of a lull in the second round, but things ramped back up in time for the dinner rounds. JH
Dinner was steady all around with foot traffic in both the lobby and Trees. Both bars ran very tightly and smoothly. EA
Customer Comments: We had a second walk in birthday party come in and set up shop, confounding things for a bit as I was trying to figure out where the scheduled event actually was. They hung out in trees eating and drinking for a while too. EA
BAR Staff Observations: Andrea and Lee opened both bars without issue this morning, and were ready to dive right into service once doors opened. Andrea really is great at crushing those well-sold weekend screenings in Th1 & 2, and is really great about communicating any needs she may have during service.
Once both Chelsea and Matthew arrived, I was able to cut Lee, as sales were pretty mellow until the dinner round. Lee was a bit upset to have been cut, but I told him that since he is working a mid shift tomorrow, I would ask Edgar to not cut him first tomorrow. JH
Solid work from everyone today. Everything worked seamlessly between lobby and Trees. Chelsea was out a decent time and Matthew really kept the show running at Trees working between Gabrielle and Ian. After everyone was situated, Matthew was able to stock and leave followed by Gabrielle a little later. EA
FOH Staff Observations: Openers in Th1 crushed a nearly-sold out NeverEnding Story. JH
Special Events? Emily Miller - Birthday party at Trees Mezz. The crew showed up around 930 and set up their little zone upstairs. All tabs were rung in under Trees Private and it turned out to be more like 10 people. They were great and were very understanding about no open flames as they almost lit a bunch of candles on their cupcakes.

Just for clarification, it is a hard no for any open flames period, correct? They weren't aware of it and it might be great to note on future memos with guests ahead of time so there isn't a misunderstanding. EA
Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
86ed / counts on items: We are out of Pinot Grigio. EA
Prep List: We will need to make an Old Fashioned keg when Rittenhouse arrives, but we have enough Rittenhouse in-house to make an half keg of we need to. Additionally, we need back up kegs of Coffee & Cigarettes and Spice Spice Baby, but we should be set for the rest of the weekend. JH

Made a back up of Coffee and Cigarettes (It needs to be charged), but held off on the Spice, Spice, baby since we were limited on Tinedo and we were selling more by the glass than in the cocktail. EA
Pay Outs: $150.00 (Ariel & DJ) JH
Maintenance: We got new wheels for the handtruck. They are in my mailbox and are ready to be installed whenever it is most convenient. EA
