Manager Communication: Mellow morning, with lighter ticket sales than the last few days for daytime screenings.  Black Panther and The Menu continue to do very well in the smaller theaters. JH

Decent night with most of the smaller theaters filling up for dinner round. The late round of Wakanda Forever sold out again. I'm sure the warm(er) weather brought some more people around EA\

BAR Staff Observations: Eliel and Natasha held down both bars solo for the opening round today, and were able to really set up both bars for success.  Once Ashley came in and Trees was restocked, Eliel caught us up on batching and did some stocking and reorganizing in the walk in. JH

It was smooth sailing for the closers. Everything was spaced in such a way that service flowed smoothly. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Everyone was great at the service pass today. Hands in, hands out was the motto tonight and everyone was happy to help. EA

Prep List: 1 keg of Old Fashioned. EA

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor tomorrow.  US Foods Friday. JH

I ordered the part for the frozen machine. Used ground shipping and should be here tomorrow Thursday 29th by 430pm.

Maintenance: In regards to the missing handle from the other day, Eliel found it today and after inspecting it, it was completely intact. We only needed to order the other part. EA

Filmbot Issues: Had a guest switch seats for a Babylon screening.  When I went to process the new tickets on Filmbot, I realized she had purchased the original tickets online using the BOGO offer we send guests.  I'm unsure how she was able to do so, and as the film was about to start I just rang one of the new tickets as a Pass and gave her the new printed tickets.  Since that left the processing fee as a refund, which I left in the drawer.  Just a very long way to say that Filmbot should be expected to be $1.50 over at close. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
