Manager Communication: It actually felt pretty busy this evening during the dinner round. The theaters were all pretty full and we had a pretty good drink rush going. Service was smooth.

Customer Comments: Had a guest come to Lobby after Jackie Brown complaining of a ten minute blackout during the final reel.  The film had already concluded by this point, and he was asking for a refund.  Nathaniel spoke to Lillian, who said that there had been a 20 second blip in the final reel, but nothing more than that, and both servers (Jules and Kelsey) said that they had seen no disturbances and had not received any complaints from guests, written or otherwise.

By the time I got to the guest in Lobby, he was now saying that it was a 3-4 minute blackout, and that the entire presentation was done poorly.  I apologized for his experience and offered a pass for a future screening, which he accepted.  Honestly, I think he was exaggerating the experience, as there were no other complaints from any of the other 83 guests, and Lillian was in the booth the entire screening. BAR Staff Observations: Andrea and Natasha were great openers, and I sent Natasha upstairs to help with service while I babysat Filmbot in Lobby for any ticket exchanges for Christmas Story guests who had mistakenly purchased cookbooks.  Natasha came back to Lobby once the movie started, and both she and Andrea were able to get out of here once Chelsea and Tevon arrived for their mid shifts. Special Events? The last two Saturdays, we have had issues playing World Cup games at Trees.  I'm not too sure about the usual log in, but this morning we were playing the Morocco-Portugal game on a Fox streaming trial, which cut out the free preview with over thirty minutes of play left.  This happened last week, and we had to cut the projection short.  Lillian was busy setting up Jackie Brown, so was unable to come down to Trees to rectify the situation.

Shortly after, Ariel and Eliel arrived, and needed help setting up the DJ equipment, but Lillian was unable to leave the Th1 Projection Booth.  Nathaniel went up to Th1 to check in with her and she was very busy transferring reels.

Luckily, Eliel was able to set up the AV equipment for Brunch Club, and I was able to use a friend's login to stream the England-France match on Peacock.  If we could find a more stable streaming situation for the World Cup in its last week (the free preview situation has only happened a handful of times), and pre-set AV equipment before events that will start while Projection is otherwise occupied, I do not believe either situation will recur. 86ed / counts on items: 86'd Rockaway ESB JH

Prep List: Chelsea made Horchata that should be strained tomorrow. JH

Pay Outs: $150.00 (Ariel & Eliel, Brunch Club) JH

Maintenance: The horizontal churner in the Holy Mountain hopper at Lobby stopped rotating during service, as it had become a bit overfrozen.  Chelsea emptied out some product, and it began spinning once more.  We switched the setting to Cool to allow it to loosen up a bit, and adjusted the Slush setting.  No issues after that. JH

Mobilebytes Issues: The opening latch on the trees printer connected to the cash drawer is cracked and it sticks pretty badly when trying to change paper. It is working for now, but I am afraid if it breaks further we will not ba bale to open it.
