Manager Communication: Quiet start to the day with the chill continuing to plow through the building. 

Pretty good evening. Busy Trees Lounge. EL

Pool coming soon sign is on the tarp. I left a copy in the back if someone can laminate it. I don't know how. I'd love to learn. EL

Customer Comments:

BAR Staff Observations: Ashley and Matthew did a great job opening the theater today. Ashley took on some cleaning projects at trees while Matthew ran the lobby and kept busy squeezing lime juice for the bars and doing general cleaning before swinging up to Trees to help out. Really impressed with him as this was his first live shift and worked more than half of it independently. With his positive attitude, I feel like he's gonna fit right in. EA  

Matthew did not have a bartender classification on Mobilebytes and clocked in under Server. Can someone please correct this. EL 

Pretty busy so Ashley and Matthew worked Trees while Chelsea patched. Gabrielle held down lobby smoothly. Matthew left first and Ashley helped get through the last th1 seating and bubbler cleaning. 

Special Events? The wine event in theater 3 went pretty smoothly on our end. Wine was in guests hands pretty much as soon as they sat down.

Prep List: I used Fords in order to infuse Gin with Butterfly Pea in case we don't receive the spearhead Gin tomorrow. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Fast Kathy -  case Nu Foamicide coming 11.17 
I reached out via Amazon to the person we ordered the rice milk from to follow up and figure out where the rest of it went. We only received 7 units out of the 36 ordered. The reply email Gil got said that since it was shipped in multiple packages via usps, that they may arrive at different times. We should keep an eye out daily to make sure we do in fact receive all units. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
