Thursday 11/17 Eliel



Manager Communication: Pretty good day overall. Not busy first round, second round was good but the last round felt the busiest with the private event in 2. 

BAR Staff Observations:  Ian opened Trees and Sean opened lobby. Ashley was first close and Tevon final close at Trees and Andrea closed lobby. Ian did a bunch of batching while Ashley and Tevon worked the bar smoothly. Sean stuck around through the start of the last round at Lobby, which was very busy with tickets and the th2 private crowd checking in. Ian stayed until the initial pop was over from the Gallager party, while Ashley did some batching. At some point someone informed us that Health Dept was at Krupa, and The bartenders went through the check list, replenished sinks and sani buckets and were completely ready, but they didn't come. 

Special Events? The Gallagher event was cool, Not one watermelon anywhere. The Trees afterparty had a good pop but fizzled out and was overcome by skateboarders for the Private event at 2.

Prep List: Ichabob Crane needs making. Ashley communicated to Ian to include it in his prep shift.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
