Sunday 11/13 Eliel and Edgar

Manager Communication: Great busy morning. We worked that first rush and kept up with everything all day. -EL

The afternoon stayed just as busy with Wakanda Forever continuing to sell pretty high. 

BAR Staff Observations:  Tevon and Natasha had great strong opens and Ashley arrived right on time and Ashley and Natasha worked that 1/2/4 rush super strong, after Ashley and I batched, Tevon held down Lobby, juiced and cut fruit for Trees. Darius was a great lobby mid helping lobby during load ins and doing a truck load of stocking for Trees.  They all did a phenomenal job. -EL

I cannot express how well the bar staff performed this weekend. They all rolled with the punches and had an aura around them that I can not explain. Everyone was super communicative with both each other and management in order to perform at peak level and you couldn't even tell they were stressed at times. 

Darius and Ashley were great as the mids today supplementing service wherever needed, while Lee and Sean took care of Trees. Although this was Lee's and Sean's first real glimpse at a busy weekend, they responded well to direction. There is a little work that needs to get done in order to bring them up to a level that meshes well with the rest of the bar team, however it'll come with some time. EA

FOH Staff Observations:  When expoing are the bar, it’s difficult to communicate when servers come in hot or interfere with service. They can mean well but need to approach us as they would the kitchen. -EL

Despite that written above, servers continued to keep everything flowing well throughout last call. Special shoutout to Rebecca who supported pretty much everywhere and kept trays moving to theaters without a skipping a beat. Overall, they were great about bringing glassware down as they had it, and moving it along. Great overall service from the team as a whole. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Though there was great communication overall, I will stress again in the bar email this coming week about the need to communicate with each other in a timely manner and make sure we support each other. After our more seasoned bartenders left for the day, there was a little breakdown during the late rushes at Trees which stalled us briefly, but I was able to get everyone back on track. EA

Maintenance: The service bar well is draining pretty poorly again, I do believe it needs to be snaked, but the bigger issue might be the piping. I'll add this to the maintenance log. 

The drain trap under the 3 sink in lobby seems to be a bit clogged as well as emptying more than one sink at a time floods the bar. I'll add this in as well. EA
