BAR Staff Observations: Really great work across both bars today.  Chelsea and Lee opened and got through the first round without me (see Sick Leave/Call outs), and both bars were well prepared to head into the busier rounds once I arrived.  Tevon was able to float between floors to cover for breaks and restocks, and each bar kept up with service needs all night.

Lee was able to get out of here after Gabrielle was through the early dinner round service pushes, with Matthew going down to help her out between 7:00 and 8:30.  Chelsea stuck around at Trees to cover for family meal and the beginnings of sold out theater rushes, and then was able to head to the back and get a bunch of batching done before heading out.  Ian, Matthew, and Tevon were great at navigating a very busy service pass and intermittent crowds at Trees for the remainder of the evening.  Trees was pretty quiet after 10:00.

FOH Staff Observations: Th2 had a few hiccups at Trees this evening during the 6:15pm Glass Onion screening.  It was a delayed opening, so drink tickets came in en masse, and I stopped service several times to give trays a time to get run and served.  There was an issue with food arriving at tables before drinks did, which is described in more detail in the Manager Log.

Additionally, pre-bussing glassware was an issue, and we received about ten glassracks during the flip, several of which were water glasses.  This caused a bottleneck at Trees as servers were waiting for clean water glasses to reset the theater, and, at one point, a rack of dirty water glasses were almost brought back into service.  I advised them to continue the flip, and to come back when I had the chance to run some glassracks through the glasswasher.

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Edgar let me and Gil know that he was still feeling unwell this morning, and would be unable to come in as Closing Bar Manager.  Since the first round was pretty mellow, I came in at 2:00pm so that I was here for the later, busier rounds.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Please put a garbage or recycling bag in the trash/recycling bins under the iPad outside of the MOD office before putting trash in them. Both bags are stocked in Bar Prep, on top of the glycol machine.

86ed / counts on items: 86'd Bronx Brewery Pilsner and Gun Hill Stout

Prep List: Chai Espresso Martini and Practical Magic should be made tomorrow.

We are low on Heart-Shaped Herb, but are unable to make more until we get more Banane du Brasil, which is expected to arrive Monday.

Maintenance: The soda gun nozzle by the Th3/5 service pass has worn down considerably, and needs to be replaced.  I will reach out to Coca Cola on Monday to get it replaced.
