Manager Communication:  Pretty busy afternoon after the first round which still was pretty good. EL

Second half of the day was sold out and cranking all day on all floors. The weather was cold, but the lobby never felt overly chilly. Great to see the hustle and everyone coming together to support each other. EA

BAR Staff Observations:  Great opens from Andrea at Trees and Natasha at Lobby. Great mids with Matthew, Tevon and Chelsea. Chelsea batched a bunch! EL

All the mids held it down with Tevon leading the charge at Trees. He was great at communicating to Matthew that was his service support/Front facing. Dinner was as smooth as can be despite being sold out. It felt very synergistic. Chelsea and Gabrielle ran the lobby bar and took care of the pretty sold out 1st floor themselves. Lee and Sean were great to day at Trees with the bar guests and were even able to call back some service tickets to alleviate the ribbons that were pouring. Great Saturday overall. 

We might need to reconsider how we schedule Trees. I'm not sure if shifts were swapped, but even though we didn't need a lead upstairs tonight thanks to Tevon stepping up. I'm a little weary of working these busy shifts in the future without one. Chelsea has offered to work in Trees every now and then.

Maintenance: I think the service well at Trees might just have a piping issue? It just continues to drain incredibly slowly. If we ever break glass in there, it will take forever to burn it and reset it. Adding to the maintenance doc again. EA

Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
