Monday 11.28 Edgar y Eliel

Manager Communication: Chilly afternoon today for open, with quite a mixed bag of walk ins and people all ready with their tickets. Was able to email Jess wage forms from when we updated them for non tipped meetings. 

I set up Ashley, Chelsea, Ian, and Tevon up with review forms in the NPP Bar Review folder and also uploaded them to Google spaces so we can start adding feedback. 

We had a bottle of Bananae De Bresil delivered today by Skurnik with more to be delivered tomorrow. EA

We're out of the appropriately sized coffee filters. People complained of grounds in their coffee. I pulled the smaller ones and put them in the liquor room with a sign. 

Evening service went pretty well.  Good to be back EL

Customer Comments:  A guest in theater 7 didn't get their reeces in a timely manner so I goodwilled it. A guest in th 1 419 came out after the movie and said they never got their caramel popcorn. I tried voiding the payment and removing it but mobilbytes said it was unable to void. I thought possibly because the guest used a discover and I know those are weird sometimes. I gave the guest a $10 gift card and passes for each person. 

I believe popcorn had some tickets lost due to the fire and breaker but am not completely sure why.  EL

BAR Staff Observations: Great open today for Sean and Jenna. Sean seemed more comfortable today with the lobby bar and had improved greatly from when I followed his open in Trees prior. He seems to be getting into a better groove of things now that he's had a few opens under his belt. 

I pulled him to the side for a little chat and confirmed what Jenn and I suspected to be true in that he needs a little more direction and guidance for the time being and that he does feel a little unorganized when he doesn't open. So I think the best course of action for the time being is to grab him as he enters for the day and kinda give him a rundown so he feels a bit more at ease. 

Aside from that, I divided prep work between him and Jenna since we did have a slow start. Sean was great about doing all the rollups Trees will need until the weekend as well as fielding theater questions, while Jenna prepped some garnish and ran Trees on her own while still taking on cleaning side work. EA

Jenna helped batch a bit after Darius and Lee arrived to close.  Sean helped with sold out th1 for Glass Onion, while Lee held down the front facing. Everyone worked well. EL

Email notes - Bartenders should take a look under dri decks and triple sinks at EOD to look for dropped rubber bar tops, pour spouts, basically anything that's bar related to make sure they don't get lost under there. 

Reiterate the need to grab a card from EVERYONE including staff in order to reduce bad debts/walkouts. At the end of the day it is still money mishandling. 

Reminder that buyback tab is NOT for staff that has worked that day.  EA

Low - Espolon Repo 

Tinedo is low. Three full bottles left. I put bottles at a 1 count but no count on glass.  EL

Prep List: Will need more purple gin and arbol tomorrow. Mystery Train and Legends of the fall are both on their last keg. EL

Lost & Found?: Found a guests gloves and safely returned them. EL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Need coffee filters. I texted Dodge about it, Edgar said he'd email Papa and Stewart told me he was ordering it tomorrow. EL
