Staff Meeting Agenda notes: A lot of open and partially full boxes in the Liquor Room today during inventory.  Let's make sure we are checking in with new hires and letting them know where they should be grabbing and stocking wine from.

Also, Lobby keeps getting set up with Malbec, even though it is off the menu.  If we could reiterate that note in next week's bar email, it should help get everyone on the same page. 

Ian's second prep shift went very well, with almost all syrups, infusions, and syrups prepared for the entire weekend.  As we are focusing on keeping fresh lemon/lime juice stocked behind both bars for guest cocktails, Ian helpfully suggested that we use cleaned Miller High Life bottles for both juices behind Lobby Bar and lime juice up at Trees.  As they're much smaller than the other bottles we use as cheaters, this will also help keep bartenders more mindful of keeping them stocked with fresh juice. Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Kim brought over two bottles of Teelings from Williamsburg, so the How's the Despair special should be good through the weekend.

Baldor arriving tomorrow.  Harney & Sons (Butterfly Pea Flower & Chai Concentrate) and Big Geyser (Ginger Beer) arriving Monday.  Stumptown arriving Tuesday. JH
