Tuesday 10.04 Jenn/Edgar



Manager Communication: Despite being rained out for most of the day, we had an easy open and trivia night. Nothing major to note. EA

Customer Comments: Had two guests approach the bar for one more beverage post movie. I didn't get a chance to investigate what theater they came from. Tevon asked for ID and only one had one. Considering they looked very young, I backed his choice not to serve them. 

Just putting this on everyone's radar to make sure servers are being as proactive carding guests as much as the bar is. I can't comment on whether or not they had a drink inside the theater, however. 

BAR Staff Observations: Lee and Ian had great opens. Jenn was able to catch them up on missing Firewalk and it was relative smooth sailing. After Gabrielle came in to close, I moved Lee upstairs to work the floor for trivia. I ran him through the motions and he was very personable with guests and happy to help out. I was able to get both Ian and Lee out by around 1030pm and Tevon closed with ease. 

Special Events? Tuesday night trivia. Not the busiest, but still a good turnout. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:

Prep List: Going to need another Mystery Train, firewalk, and lemonade. I'll get those done tomorrow morning before open. 


Mobilebytes Issues: There was an error that neither Carly nor I have seen at trees tonight. Carly was able to snap a photo with the error code, and reseting the tablets seemed to get rid of the error. I was unable to duplicate the error so I think this might have been a one off. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
