Manager Communication: Pretty good afternoon. EL

Jenna was issued her written warning for her tardiness last Monday. She signed and asked to be more conscientious about her schedule in the future. She was very receptive to the feedback. The signed copy in her file and has been CC'd to Gil, Jess, and Nick.

Both Darius and Jenna signed their updated wage change form. They were put in the folder located in Jenn's box. 

New Hire Forms filled out alongside IDs and Vax Card scans. All has been bundled and sent to Gerard, Paul, and Jess.

Evening was steady. Halloween had a good turnout and kept Trees busy up until 1100 EA

BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Gabrielle opened. Tevon did batching once the mid arrived. Gabrielle did a great job training Sean. Miguel and Lee were great mids. Tevon and Gabrielle both left around 3pm. EL

Miguel and Lee stayed for a good amount of their shifts to keep the bars afloat with a good amount of walk ins and the crowd for Halloween. Everyone was great about communicating with each other and staying stocked on what they needed. Once everything had calmed down and both Lee and Miguel did a stock, I cut them for the night. EA 

FOH Staff Observations: All the servers in TH 1/2/4/6 were very thoughtful about bringing dirty glass racks back to Trees so never felt like we were behind. EA

Hiring/Training: Sean's day 2 of training went well. He trailed James in TH1 and Sarah running food. I went through his checklist.

Maintenance: Lobby bar hand soap dispenser in the hand washing sink seems to have a steady leak. Whenever it is refilled, it empties in about a day. I think it needs to be replaced.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
