Manager Communication: Pretty good afternoon. Slow start, steady growth. The first floor saw a lot of the action today with a lot of a the theaters selling and there being a good turnout for Decision to Leave via both walk in sells and Mubigo. The late round was a bit quieter as the night progressed and slowed to a crawl afterwords with no visitors to Trees. The bar was able to shut down promptly after that. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Good open from Natasha and Tevon. Lee was an hour late to his mid shift, we moved him to close into Miguel’s shift which was up. Ashley was great at mid. EL

Ian was great in the lobby tonight and was able to run the shift pretty well by himself after Ashley was cut. I was able to assist with ticketing while he focused on drink tickets. Lee was great today in Trees, he was able to run the bar and do tickets by himself once it slowed down. He still has some work to do when prioritizing tasks as he still gets frazzled at times, but there is improvement. 

I also spoke to Lee about the importance of double checking his schedule. He was very receptive to the note and apologetic about the incident. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Kaya was training Arcel today in TH 2. At one point we received a ticket for a customized Hot Toddy. Arcel had mentioned that Kaya said it was Ok to send the ticket to trees. Since it is not offered in the theater menu at all, I instructed Arcel to let the guest know that they can order it at the bar if they feel so inclined. 

Arcel mentioned that the guest said that they had ordered the drink the day prior from a theater and that a server said it was ok. I'm not going to say that actually happened as it was probably just a guest who really wanted a toddy and said that to get it, however, if Kaya is training someone new, and they asked about the drink before they put it in, she should let the trainee know before they send the ticket that they can't order that from the theater before bad habits get cemented. EA  

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Lee was running late because he looked at the wrong schedule. Since Miguel had his shift up for grabs, I cut him due to business levels and moved Lee to closing. EA

Maintenance: The Bubbler at Trees tends to stick open and Im not sure if its an issue with the bubbler or the practical magic cocktail, but this has happened to my knowledge once before tonight. We lost about 10 PM before Ashley or Lee realized that it was still running. We need to adjust inventory for about 10 of them. EA

Mobilebytes Issues: There is no staff food discount button for the bread pudding special for Black Adam. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
