Manager Communication: With the exception of Beetlejuice, brunch service was relatively mellow.  Walk in ticketing definitely buoyed a lot of afternoon showings, and service picked up as we got into the dinner rounds. JH

The Dinner round saw a pretty solid round with all theaters selling a good amount. The first floor carried the late round and Halloween in TH1 saw a good turnout. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Really great brunch service from both Andrea and Natasha, setting both bars up for the day and helping a lot of first time guests navigate the building.  Once Chelsea and Tevon got in, both bars reset and Chelsea got some batching done to set us up for the rest of the weekend.  Natasha got out of here a little after three, and Andrea was able to leave a little bit before five. JH

Chelsea was able to get out of here a bit earlier since I didn't need two mids at one point with Tevon staying behind and floating between both bars until his shift was over. Gabrielle held down the lobby, while Miguel and Ian ran trees. Both received assistance when needed from Tevon. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Monica was training Fredo today, and was really great at Trees when explaining drink support and tray running.  Both of them ran a tray each to Th1 during a service push, and it was really great to see a trainer be so proactive about explaining the benefits of assisting other, busier theaters when your theater is less busy. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Natasha and Miguel both signed their wage adjustment forms. JH

Runners are still stopping at the bar to ask bartenders where the food goes despite having the ticket with the seat number. They're also still leaving the number at the table after the food is delivered. Can we revisit this with the runners team again? EA

86ed / counts on items: We are out of the intense ginger liqueur. Ian let me know after I sent him back to the batch and I confirmed afterward. There's a sealed batch of Mist w/o the ginger back there. EA

Prep List: The Mist cocktail needs the aforementioned ginger liqueur. It should NOT be used. Otherwise we seem stocked and primed for the rest of Sunday and Monday. 

Over/Short on Banks: Trees was over $25 at the time of the closeout. Not sure where this came from, but I let Jared know about it upon dropping off the bank. EA

Pay Outs: $150.00 (Eliel & Ariel) JH

Maintenance: The frozen machine at Lobby Bar is back to having all three hoppers in operation. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
