Manager Communication: Great busy start to the day with the Newfest Filmmaker Brunch in Trees and their screenings in Th1, 2, and 3. Th 4 did very well with Coraline and Black Adam. EA

Smooth night, steady, but never really busy. The engagement party was nice to have. ND

Customer Comments: I had a woman at tree's let me know that there was a guy that kept talking to her, it was unwelcome, and asked me if i could intervene. I let him know that she was not interested in chatting, and that he was welcome to hang out, but not to bother other customers. He asked for his tab and told me that "he wasn't even hitting on her". He settled up, and got a little aggressive with me but left shortly after. I'm glad the woman said something because he did not seem like a very understanding guy. She was very appreciative. ND

BAR Staff Observations: Andrea and Darius did a remarkable job setting up Trees for the brunch party today. They were on top of their checklists and had everything done well before the party started. They were in great spirits for the service and were on top of the crowd. Natasha took care of opening the lobby and ran it pretty much by herself. Ashley came in to relieve Andrea for a bit before going back downstairs when Tevon got here. Both the openers were able to get out a bit early with Darius in tow. EA

FOH Staff Observations: We had an issue with a missing chicken sandwich. The guest asked about it, and it was a very long wait time. We walkied the kitchen to ask if it was coming up and John let us know it was sent up a while before. We re-fired, then I checked the th 1 service station and it was just sitting in there. I talked to Brandon and had him talk to the whole runner team about the importance of running food to trees, and also prioritizing those tickets over theater tickets.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
