Manager Communication: Simple day for the bar staff. Not much going on in terms of sales, so cleaning was the name of the game. EA

Pretty easy evening getting ready for tomorrow. 

BAR Staff Observations: Ashley and Darius opened up today and I got to talk to them about the tip error on Sunday. Both were very receptive and apologetic. I believe it was just an honest mistake and I told them just to be careful going forward. 

They got into a bunch of cleaning activities since we was a pretty slow start. EA

Ian did some light batching, Darius got out shortly after Hot Fuzz sat. EL

Special Events?

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Darius had to scrape out the freezer again. We just need to give another cursory reminder to make sure we shut it after getting a big cube or it'll freeze over. EA

86ed / counts on items: Pretty low on Neon Demon. I asked Ashley to consolidate what little she had downstairs to trees so she could clean out the machine. 

Prep List: Apple Cider Tamarind cinnamon syrup is ready!


Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: We should be expecting cherries tomorrow. EA

Mobilebytes Issues: There was a check at Trees lounge that said approved at the terminal and the customer got charged on their card, but the signature receipt didn't print. When Darius asked me about it I couldn't find the check at all. Not open or closed. I never saw the check. The guest got their card back and said they didn't need the receipt. This was in the low terminal at Trees. I asked them to use the main one for the rest of the night. EL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
