Manager Communication: Mellow start to the day, with each round growing steadily in sales throughout the day.  The Woman King is doing well in Th1 during dinner rounds, as is Barbarian in Th3 around the same time. JH

Dinner got a good pop with See How they Run filling out quite a bit. It looks like with a lot of these upcoming releases, we're seeing more people. EA

Customer Comments: Had two guests from the Stardust screening pass on their compliments to Kat for doing an amazing job with all of the preshows they have seen at Nitehawk.  JH

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha opened Lobby without issue, and I helped Miguel open Trees, as it was his first time opening Trees for brunch.  He did a great job, which Chelsea echoed when she came in and helped both bars restock.  Once Lee was in, both bars got through the afternoon with very smooth services on both floors.

Natasha got out of here right before five, and Miguel left shortly after, once he had done one final restock for Trees. JH

We had a walk out for Trees that I didn't know existed until closing. There was a tab open for the DJ. It was ticket J10 for an order of tater tots and two Negronis. It was closed under Bad Debt/Walk Out.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Following up on tabs. With today's walkout, again we're gonna have to reiterate with all the bartenders to take a card for tab, whether its a DJ or not. 

We need to go over what's discountable and what's not. I had a True Grit on the Buy back tab that I had to void and ring back in separately. After talking to both Ian and Lee, it was more than likely Miguel that rung that in. EA

86ed / counts on items: Low On Mr. Fusion, but there's a bit at both bars to start. EA

Prep List: We can use another Fire Walk and and a tad bit more Mr. Fusion if we move through anymore tomorrow. EA

Maintenance: The ladies room at Trees has had a persistent bad odor the last few days, and I am unsure if it is from the one stall that is still out of order, or if it is due to porters not emptying the sanitary trash receptacles in stalls before close.  Several stalls have had trash in them when I have come in to open the last two days, and I've generally just had an FOH porter get to it once noticed. JH

Mobilebytes Issues: The wall unit in theater two froze today. I had to restart both the wall unit and the card reader. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
