Manager Communication: Slow starting Monday with no real pops that the bar couldn't handle. See How They run and Body Doubles saw a decent turn out for the Dinner/late round  

BAR Staff Observations: Eliel ran the lobby bar by himself and seldom needed a hand. I had him out relatively early since the last show in TH7 only had a small handful of people. Jenna opened trees and stayed as productive as possible until I decided to cut her when I ran out of side work to give her and she was able to give Eliel and Lee a small break. 

Lee came in to close and enjoyed the pop at the bar that kept him busy while he handled tickets as well. EA
Special Events?  Body Double 68 in attendance. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Bartenders should double check the low boys before they come to a MOD saying something is out. Tonight at Trees, Lee came up to me twice saying he was missing an ingredient or garnish for a cocktail without actually taking the time to look for them. Both times it wasn't busy to which he couldn't look first. EA

Payouts: 5200- Tomatos $17.50 EA

86ed / counts on items: Low on espresso martini. After looking the numbers sold over the last few days (33), I decided to make us a 1/8 keg that will yield us about 16 servings and should carry us into Friday. 

Prep List:  I held off making Mr. Fusion as it looks like it's still holding strong with what we have. I will check again tomorrow as service continues. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
