Manager Communication: The Woman King continued to sell really well in Th5 for the first two rounds, and Don't Worry Darling, Moonage Daydream, and Pearl really carried the dinner round. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Jenna did a great job opening Lobby, and holding it down with minimal assistance throughout the night.  

Lee apparently did not do a full stock when opening, so by the time Natasha arrived and the second round Don't Worry began seating, there was some confusion about what was and was not stocked behind the bar.  Natasha really led the way during service, and drink times were never unduly impacted, but Lee was definitely unprepared for service and did not handle the stress in an exemplary manner.  

Myself and Edgar will speak with Nick tomorrow about tonight's service, and will probably speak with Lee about it during his shift tomorrow. JH

FOH Staff Observations: The second round Don't Worry screening in Th2 definitely highlighted some small hiccups we have been experiencing during service as we come out of the summer slowdown.  

We continue to have issues with servers not proactively bussing theaters and bringing down dirty glass racks during screenings, which leads to us scrambling for glassware during busier pushes.  Also, still having an issue with servers loading glassracks into the glasswasher from the wrong side, as well as putting glassracks through with upright glasses.

Additionally, some servers have gotten into the habit of waiting for a drink tray to be completely full before running it, even if the bartender is occupied with another theater's tickets and a bar manager has told the server to run the tray as it is and to return.  This leads to drinks waiting on a tray for upwards of ten minutes.  On the other side of this issue, newer servers in a less busy theater will hang out at the pass and not proactively run trays to busier theaters unless expressly directed to by a bar manager or lead server. Bar management can definitely be more on top of asking servers to run trays when appropriate, but it does seem that some servers are unsure if they should be taking direction from bar management when it comes to theater service. Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
